  • Coaching Services Management: Organizing and tracking training sessions. (Legal Basis: Contract execution with the user or company.)

  • Contact Request Management: Responding to and following up on user inquiries. (Legal Basis: Contract execution or pre-contractual measures at the user’s request.)

  • Emailing and Alerts: Sending requested marketing emails and alerts. (Legal Basis: User consent.)

  • Managing Data Rights Requests: Handling and responding to user data rights requests. (Legal Basis: Legal obligation under GDPR and French Data Protection Act.)
