Clothilde Baquet founded HUJEMAX® Executive Search in 2020 after more than 25 years of experience in recruitment and interim management for major French and international companies.
Passionate about supporting talent, Clothilde has built HUJEMAX® as a human-sized firm, grounded in strong values: listening, rigor, agility, and transparency.
