Alex HOA – Partner in Executive Search
AN INTERNATIONAL TRACK RECORD DEDICATED TO TALENT ACQUISITION
A graduate in International Management, with an academic path between France and London, Alex HOA has worked in Executive Search for over 10 years.
A specialist in direct approach recruitment (headhunting), he supports startups, scale-ups, family-owned SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large international groups in their searches for Expert, Middle, and Top Management (C‑level) talent, in France and internationally.
After an initial experience in Luxembourg on the financial market (Private Equity, Private Banking, Wealth & Asset Management), he developed the “Industry & Services” business unit at his previous firm.
This experience enabled him to build cross-functional expertise covering Heavy Industry (automotive, defense, aeronautics, aerospace), Retail, FMCG, Luxury, Healthcare (Biotech, Medical Devices, Pharma) as well as Professional Services (strategy consulting, finance, transformation, and M&A).

Her business school training—specialized in B2B sales and negotiation, digital business, digital marketing, and business engineering—enables her to develop strong skills in prospecting, client relations, and commercial strategy.
With excellent interpersonal skills, Capucine supports companies and talents by offering tailor‑made solutions, convinced that a lasting professional relationship rests on four pillars: people, transparency, trust, and listening.
What motivates her most in her role is building authentic connections and helping each person find what truly suits them.
